MacArthur & Wilton

MacArthur and Wilton Properties, LLC is a company formed in February 2016 to address a public service need. That need is affordable housing in locations such as Trenton, New Jersey, Detroit Michigan and Irving Texas. Our goal is to use revised industry processes to deliver a quality product at a competitive price. Other components of this process allows for safety and soundness for the families that invest in these refurbished properties.

MacArthur and Wilton along with their subsidiaries, plan to make a significant difference in these cities, starting with Trenton, New Jersey. We believe that innovative community developers can make a real difference in the neighborhoods they are revitalizing, creating places that offer the physical, social, and economic resources that all people need in order to live healthy lives. Cross-sector collaboration is a given in these projects, as are new ways of thinking about community revitalization. We are excited by the potential these projects have to create lasting change for middle to low-income communities.

MacArthur and Wilton Properties will not only develop these neighborhoods in Trenton, we-will create an environment that entices families throughout the metropolitan area to put down roots in the capitol city. We are dedicated to building Eco-Friendly and maintaining a healthy, environmentally mindful living environment for our residents and for the planet. To support that, we will implement a wide range of green initiatives and design measures within our walls to decrease utility costs and keep our footprint small. Our business model ensures a winning opportunity for both us the developer and the purchaser of these properties. We have addressed the pros and cons of doing business dictated by the model we present.
